A Bit About Me
I help busy women lose 20 lbs in 90 days without giving up the foods they love. I have a degree in Exercise and Sport Science at the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse, along with a minor in nutrition and biology. In college I gained 20 lbs, I tried everything to lose it. It wasn't till after college that I was able to lose that 20 lbs in 90 days and keep it off since! I have been a certified personal trainer since 2017 and have helped many women reach their goals too. I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body to continue to do the things you love. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. No matter your level of health and experience we can reach your goals!

Health and Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also on the inside! I will make sure your body is getting the right nutrients it needs. I will help you adjust your diet to reach your goals and be more aware of what you put into your body.
